This particular coffee has been named Carambolo which from Spanish means - star fruit.

Coffee undergoes several stages during processing, which includes resting, anaerobic fermentation, thermal shock washing and depulping.

Afterwards the coffee is mechanically dried and rested for a week.

Distinct coffee characteristics are high sweetness, full body, clean finish and fruity berrylike flavor notes
