Continuing our exploration of Costa Rica as a coffee origin, we’re excited to share a naturally processed lot. Interestingly, it tastes as clean as a washed coffee — which really surprised us.

 

It’s exceptionally bright and transparent in the cup, with floral, citrus-forward notes and a pleasantly viscous mouthfeel.

 

This coffee comes from Beneficio San Diego, a processing mill in the Tarrazú region. These high-quality green beans reflect the dedication and expertise of the people behind them. We truly appreciate their work and are happy to present the delicious result to you.
