The producer, Highland Coffee Development PLC and its partners, brings over 20 years of experience in coffee farming, with a strong commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and careful attention to environmental and health standards.

 

This brilliant coffee comes from the Oromia region, grown by smallholder farmers and processed at the Boku Abel station using a natural anaerobic method. Locally sourced sugarcane was added during fermentation to e enhance the process.

 

The cup opens with a distinct strawberry aroma and a gentle floral character, followed by delicate oolong-tea notes and a pleasant, fruity aftertaste.
