How to make an order
General information.
1) Payments
For now the following payment methods are available:
- bank transfer (uses your internet bank account or mobile application)
2) Delivery
For now the following delivery options are available:
- free delivery within Tbilisi for orders with 3+ coffee bags
- free pickup on Khosharaulis 29 (pickup location list will expend soon)
- customer initiated delivery with any prefered service from Khosharaulis 29 (pickup location list will expend soon)
Order placement guide
Please, take into consideration that we schedule the roast days and collect the orders beforehand.
For now we are roasting once a week on Sunday, all the orders placed within the week till Saturday night will be roasted and packed in two days and available for pickup/delivery from Tuesday of the next week.
1) Go to the Shop page and add to cart the products you'd like to purchase
2) Go to the Cart page, check the order and proceed with "Checkout" button
3) Fill the required fields to go to the next step
4) Check your data and choose your delivery option.
To clarify the current delivery options, please, get familiar with the following information
"Pickup on Khosharaulis 29" - you will be informed as your order is ready and requested for preferred pickup date/time
"Free delivery (3+ bags only)" - we contact you to arrange the delivery of your order at convenient date/time
5) Choose the payment method.
"Bank transfer" - for now we are accepting only bank transfer payments, you can use your internet bank account or mobile bank application to make money transfer, please use the IBAN number, specified in the invoice, which you can download on the next step. Also, please, use the order ID number as a description for your payment.
At this point your order will be placed and you will receive an email with an invoice link and your order number.
6) Make sure to make payment for your order no later than Friday 01:00 PM, otherwise provide the payment recipe from you internet banking with a reply to an email with order details.
On Saturday we check the orders and corresponding transfer documents and contact customers if any issues occur to resolve it.
7) On the last step on Tuesday you will be contacted regarding delivery/pickup suitable date/time as your order is ready by that time
